You can pay by cash, check, credit/debit card, Zelle or Venmo.

You don't have to but it is always appreciated! :)

We request that you be home for the first cleaning however it is not required. We do require that all pets and fragile items be secured.

We request 24 hours notice for cancellations.

With special exceptions we maintain the schedule as it is on the agreement. We will accommodate for major holidays along with any other requests our client's require.

After the cleaning has been completed.

It's not guaranteed but we can make it happen! :)

If you're not 100% satisfied with the services that we've provided, we'll do two things. We'll come back to your home and make things right and we'll make a commitment to you that you won't experience the same issue ever again.

It is recommended that our clients provide their own cleaning supplies. We can also purchase them for you and recommend them to be stored at your location for ease of access.

We don't offer hoarding cleanup, carpet cleaning, bodily fluid removal, large mold coverage cleaning, insect and pest infested homes, antique/heirloom cleaning or high and hard to reach areas.

Yes, fully bonded and insured with all our cleaners completing an extensive background check.

Only our trusted cleaners will have access. We do request an extra key or the code to your home if you will not be there.

We carry a umbrella policy that covers general liability for our cleaners and your home. No breaking of priceless trophies here!

Yes all of our cleaners have completed an extensive background and criminal history check.

Yes. Our online payment system uses of Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.
